I recommend that you have a Ninja pro 1000 watt or above food processor or blender for this recipe.

First freeze a lot of bananas.

4 Frozen Bananas
2 tablespoons of Agave raw
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Blend this in high powered food processor. May have to add a little, and i mean a little bit of water to get it to blend down. This stuff tastes amazing. You can add like 1/2 cup to 1 cup of any berries you would, fresh or frozen.

In the photo above I garnished the ice cream after wards with cacao nibs and walnuts. This stuff is amazing. Will quench any RAW VEGANS desire for ICE CREAM.

1 cup raw oats.
2 apples diced
1/4 cup of raisons
1/4 cup walnuts
2 table spoons of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of Cinnamon
2 tablespoons of raw agave nectar

Mix in a bowl. YUMS! A fast easy way to enjoy apples much more.

Throw it in a mixing bowl big enough with a lid. You need a lid’d container so you can shake it up hardcore when its all done.

5 to 6 cups of Broccoli Chopped.
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped.
Half of a medium or large onion, red, yellow or white, chopped.
Half of a cup or 1 cup (you decide) on shitaki or baby bell Mushrooms sliced.
2 teaspoons of minced fresh raw ginger.
2 to 3 medium sized garlic cloves, chopped.(I use a food chopper, your gunna love my nuts).

1/2 cup of cashews(optional).

Throw all of the above in the container that has the lid.

For the sauce. In a new container with lid.
1/4 cup of cold pressed sunflower oil or olive oil.
1/4 raw soy sauce, Nama Shoyo is the best.
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar.
1 teaspoon to 1 table spoon crushed red peppers, you decide how hot you want it. Shake this in its own container. When done, pour this in the other container, put the lid on it, and shake the hell out of it, up, down, side to side, hold the lid on tight, do this for about a minute or 2, great work out as well. Then you have one of the best tasting raw Broccoli dishes around. Yes this is my recipe.

This is the first recipe that I have posted. I have a lot of dishes I will share in the future so stay tuned over the months.

1 head of organic Romain lettuce chopped
Half of a big bag of mustard greens that are pre cut from the store in a bag.
Cut up 5 organic red radishes.
Cut up 3 or 4 organic green onions.
Cut up half of a head of organic cauliflower.
Cut up 2 medium sized organic tomatoes in sliver slices(put on 2nd to last)
1 package of organic Alfalfa sprouts rinse thoroughly with cold water and drained(put on last).

I usually layer the dressing as I build the salad.

Dressing:
(I use a vitamix, this is the most bad ass blender, i can turn sesame seeds into tahini with it. I have a hard time finding raw tahini these days, online its super expensive so I make my own in my vitamix).
1 cup of raw organic tahini or raw sesame seeds.
1/4 to 1/3 cup of raw organic apple cider vinager.
3/4 to 1 and 1/4 cup of water.
2 to 3 teaspoons of celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt.
3 to 4 large organic garlic bulbs chopped.
Blend thoroughly with a good blender, not a cheap one.

Apply dressing to the salad as you see fit. I usually use 1/3 of this batch on a big salad like this, some times more.
